• Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled.

2. Returns and Replacements

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• A return request will be processed after verification, and a replacement or refund will be provided.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings, customized jewelry, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
